I sent a customer service email requesting a refund or a replacement because the face wash I ordered had cab in it I have not opened the box and I have not used it, but as military personnel, I cannot risk using it . I have not received the email back

I haven’t seen any results yet cause I just got it like maybe four days ago and I just started using it two days ago, but I could feel the difference in my skin once I’m done feel so great and I couldn’t wait to get it because I’ve been wanting it for maybe a year or so But I feel like it’s a great part and I could just see the results already just by my cam being so soft and simple and fresh.

The product is amazing. However, the cleanser didn't come with a spout. I have to pour it in my hands which take forever because of it's thick consistency. I love love love Cota Skin ❤️
