Shipping policy

Once your payment has been received and processed in full, your order will be shipped. We take every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of your package; however, please note that we cannot guarantee perfect condition upon arrival due to handling by the postal service. Upon delivery by the shipping carrier, the risk of damage or loss of the item becomes the responsibility of the recipient.

If you have not received your package within 10 business days of receiving your tracking number, please contact the local post office for assistance.

Cota Skincare ensures the delivery of products to the address provided at the time of purchase. We kindly remind customers to ensure the accuracy of their address information. In the event of an incorrect address, subsidiaries or delivery services will not be liable, nor obligated to issue a refund or resend the package.

International Orders

Please be aware that Cota Skin is not responsible for any customs duties or fees that may be incurred when shipping our products internationally. These fees are determined by the customs agency of the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend that international customers familiarize themselves with their country's customs policies before placing an order with us. 

Cancellation Policy

Please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping team work very hard to get orders shipped quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change, make price adjustments, or cancel an order once it has been submitted.

Returns and Refunds

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for online orders. However, if you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us promptly via email at customerservice@cotaskincare.com. Request for item replacement must be made within 7 days of delivery date shown on tracking information.

Email subject line: (ex. Wrong Item Received- Order #1001)

Kindly include (2) clear photos of the unopened incorrect item, first and last name, shipping address, and order number. After review and approval, we will provide you with a shipping label to return the item(s) to us, and the correct item will be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days.
