Would be great if everything advertised was in the bundle

My girls love using Cota Skin care products, hence why I purchased the bundle and other items. I didn't get everything that was advertised and reached out to their customer service. Someone emailed me back and asked the name on the order...I have not heard back from them yet, it's been almost 2 weeks. I'll still order because my girls love their products but I'll just request that the order packer triple checks the order before sending it out.
