Great product but my complaint is that the product is not completely full when you receive it. It's pricey so it would be great if it were completely full.

Been purchasing this since they first came out with it. I mean, literally I’ve been a fan since the beginning…. I love that it’s a black owned business. But within the last 6 to 8 months whenever I order it, it’s less and less product in the bottle.. but the price is still the same.. the first time it happened she sent me a replacement bottle. Only for it to happen again a month later. Contacted customer service multiple times and got no response at this time so unfortunately, I am no longer a customer. I cannot support where my voice is not being heard. And it’s clearly not just me if you read all their other reviews of people that are having the same issue.
