Shipping & Returns
After we have received and processed your payment in full, your package will be shipped out within 3 business days. We take extra precautions to ensure your package is delivered safely and with no damage to it however, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition due to the Postal Service handling.
Once the package has been delivered by the shipping carrier, the risk of damage, or loss of the item is the responsibility of the recipient.
Standard shipping: Expect package within 3-5 business days
Customer Service@cotaskincare.com if you have not received your package within 10 business days of receiving your tracking number.
COTA Skin ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address, subsidiaries, or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a refund or resend the package. COTA Skin does not take responsibility for stolen packages once they have been labeled "Delivered" by the postal service.
No returns or refunds are permitted for online orders. If you receive the wrong item, please email us at CustomerService@cotaskincare.com Include a photo of the wrong item UNOPENED we will then send you a shipping label to have the item(s) returned to us and the correct item will be sent within 3-5 business days.
Damaged Products: For items that arrive damaged, please send an email to
CustomerService@cotaskincare.com with the following information: your name, order number, and images of the damaged item. Replacements are sent out immediately based on our discretion.
Cota Skin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim.
Please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping team work very hard to get orders shipped quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change, make price adjustments, or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
