 CAN YOU UPDATE MY ADDRESS IF I ENTERED INCOMPLETE OR WRONG ADDRESS?

No. If there is an error on the billing and/or shipping information that you have provided, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process. Please contact your financial institution for more details on when you will see the funds reflect back into your account.

 WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship worldwide! Please note we are not responsible for any delays or fees due to customs. Please contact your local postal service for more information on customs and duties.​​

 WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES?

Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days to process then ship. A signature is not required to receive.

 HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Your order will process for 24-48 business hours. Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you containing tracking information. Additionally, allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS. Please refrain from contacting our Social Media team with order questions. They do not have access to orders nor record of emails that are sent.

 HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Upon completion of your order, a confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent. Please ensure your checkout process is complete with the correct email address until you reach the page containing your order number. Please note to check your spam folder, as well as your email, may have filtered into that folder.

 WHAT IF MY ORDER BEEN DELIVERED, BUT I DO NOT HAVE MY ORDER?

Please contact USPS to resolve the issue or file a claim. All packages are insured. COTA Skincare is not responsible for packages that have been delivered.

 I'VE JUST PLACED MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?​

We prepare your order for shipment very shortly after your order is placed. This quick turnaround time does not allow for any changes to your order. We apologize for any inconvenience in advance. We advise you to throughly check your information input before submitting your order.​

 I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?

In the rare event that the item you received is not in pristine condition, we deeply apologize. Please contact our team customerservice@cotaskincare.com with a photo of the damage before sending the product back. Our team will gladly assist you with reshipping the item out to you in a timely manner.

 IN WHAT ORDER DO I APPLY THE PRODUCTS?

The order to apply the products are Cleanser, Toner, Serum, Cream. Only product that needs to be rinsed is the Cleanser.

 HOW MANY TIMES DO I NEED TO APPLY?

Apply once if you have light skin issues. For more problematic issues, we recommend twice a day.

 I HAVE BEEN USING THE PRODUCTS FOR A SOMETIME NOW. WHEN SHOULD I BEGIN TO SEE RESULTS?

Results vary by person. It all depends on the severity of your skin, your diet, and water intake.

 CAN I ADD OTHER PRODUCTS TO MY SKIN REGIMEN WHILE USING COTA PRODUCTS?

We do not recommend the mixing of products. It could interfere with receiving maximum results.

 I JUST STARTED USING THE PRODUCTS AND MY FACE IS BEGINNING TO BREAKOUT. WHY IS THAT?

It’s called “Purging”. Purging is a very common reaction. It’s when your skin releasing all of your old skin cells to prepare for new skin cells. Do not be alarmed. Lessen your usage to once every other day and increase your water intake.

 ONCE I GET THE RESULTS I DESIRED, CAN I STOP USING THE PRODUCTS?

In order to keep your skin healthy and hydrated, we recommend for you to maintain it with the use of Cota Skin Care products.
