I love the products; however the rose toner bottle leaks around the top of the pump. I spill as much, if not more than I spray on my face. This results in me purchasing a new bottle sooner. This is the second time this happened.
I’m upset because customer service will not respond to my emails. Why list the email to report concerns if there will be no response.
I simply wanted to return this bottle for a replacement.
Otherwise, the products are great!!

This is my first time using the Cota Skin Care products and I’ve noticed a difference in my face. The blemishes I have are starting to fade away and I love it.

The product is amazing. However, the cleanser didn't come with a spout. I have to pour it in my hands which take forever because of it's thick consistency. I love love love Cota Skin ❤️
