1 cup baby spinach or kale
1 small banana, peeled
1/2 cup Greek yogurt or a dairy-free alternative (unsweetened)
1/2 cup almond milk or another plant-based milk (unsweetened)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
A few ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture)
Instructions:

In a blender, combine the mixed berries, avocado, spinach or kale, banana, yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, and ground flaxseeds. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add honey or maple syrup to taste.
